KBWIM QuickBooks Sync

This application is a private internal accounting-data integration that synchronizes bookkeeping records between Mirabel Technologies CRM and the QuickBooks Online account of Kates-Boylston Publications.

This application is not a payment processor. It does not collect, process, transmit, or hold any funds. Customer payments are received outside this application through unrelated payment channels (e.g., checks, bank transfers, external card processors). This application only reads records describing those already-received payments from the source CRM and writes corresponding accounting entries into QuickBooks Online. Intuit's platform is used solely as an accounting destination, not as a payment service.

What this application does

Reads customer records, invoice records, and payment-receipt records scoped to Kates-Boylston Publications from the Mirabel API
Creates corresponding accounting entries in Kates-Boylston's QuickBooks Online company
Writes the resulting QuickBooks record IDs back to Mirabel so the two systems stay correlated

What this application does NOT do

It does not accept, process, route, or settle payments of any kind
It does not store, transmit, or display credit card numbers, ACH details, or any payment instrument data
It does not interact with Intuit Payments Inc. or any payment processor
It does not serve end consumers; it is a private back-office integration

Who can use it

This application is not available for public sign-up. It is configured for use by Kates-Boylston Publications only, and is operated by authorized personnel of WSPN.
