Effective date: May 12, 2026
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the KBWIM QuickBooks Sync application (the "Application"), a private internal accounting-data integration operated by WSPN for the benefit of Kates-Boylston Publications.
The Application is licensed, not sold. Use is restricted to authorized personnel of Kates-Boylston Publications and WSPN. The Application is not made available for use by any other party, and may not be redistributed, sublicensed, or transferred.
The Application may be used solely for the synchronization of accounting records (customers, invoices, and payment-receipt entries) between Mirabel Technologies CRM and the QuickBooks Online account of Kates-Boylston Publications.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Use of the Application is at your own risk.
In no event shall WSPN, Kates-Boylston Publications, or any related party be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Application.
Access to the Application may be revoked at any time by the operator. Upon termination, all rights granted under this Agreement immediately cease.
